We strive to accurately describe our products and show details of our work. It is imperative that the information that we are given, with respect to names and dates, is 100% accurate. We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us.

Material Disclaimer: Wood is a natural material and therefore has inconsistent color tones and grain patterns. Finished signs may look slightly different from the photo examples. Small knots and woodgrain are characteristics of wood that may affect the final look, however, this often creates a beautiful one-of-a-kind piece.


DAMAGES:
We will securely wrap and package each order and ship using the most cost-effective option, either UPS or USPS. Item will be packed and shipped as soon as the paint / stain are dry! While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control, but we will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money.
Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.


LOST Packages:
We insure every package we mail. In the event that your package is lost during shipping, we will contact shipper and have a trace placed on the package If after 30 days the package does not surface we will file an insurance claim with shipper and either remake the item or refund your purchase, at our discretion. If shipper tracking shows your package was "delivered" , but you did not receive the package, we suggest you contact your local shipping office ASAP, and check with family members and /or neighbors that may have received the package. We are unable to file claims for tracking that shows packages marked "delivered."
