Lake contour maps are popular in this area, but most of the ones I see are strictly laser cut maps. I wanted to do something different to make mine stand out a little from the typical ones.
Here is my first version. It is a combination of cnc carved depth contours and laser engraved details. Combine that with some colored epoxy and a simple frame makes for a nice piece of art for your lake home or cabin.
I have a good selection of lake maps to work with and hope to make a few adjustments to make the end result even better.
